We are excited to welcome the next musician in our in-store series, which is none other than Los Angeles based artist Michael A. Muller.

Michael is mainly known for his work as co-founder and multi-instrumentalist of the band Balmorhea, which has released many albums over the last two decades on labels such as Western Vinyl and later Deutsche Grammofon. His solo works started with the beautiful “Lower River” on Beacon Sound in 2019, while his most recent release “Mirror Music” (Deutsche Grammofon, 2024) saw him expanding his pieces into collaborations with artists like Clarice Jensen, Hania Rani, Jefre Cantu Ledesma amongst others.

Michael is currently on a European tour performing his works in the pure tonality of the open-tuned guitar. You can expect selections from his solo catalog, previews of his forthcoming release, as well as iterations of early pieces composed for Balmorhea.

We will be taking a minimum of 15€ donation for this concert.
