We lease our dedicated web-server space from Strato AG (“Strato”) and therefore may have access to some of your personally identifiable information further defined in Sections 2 – 4 below, as far as it is required for Strato to provide their services.

We collect and process your data for the purpose of entering into a contractual relationship. This includes your name, address, email address as well as the order and payment status.

We are using Squarespace, Inc. (“Squarespace”), a website and webshop technology provider, as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The following data will be processed by Squarespace: Your name, address, email address as well as the order and payment status. The processing of your data is based on the Data Processing Addendum we entered into with Squarespace. A copy of this Data Processing Addendum is available here for your reference.

PayPal Holdings, Inc (“PayPal”) is the payment services provider. The following personal information will be processed by PayPal, or - depending on your location - the PayPal affiliate responsible for your territory: Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, payment details. This data processing is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission as of July 12, 2016 (“EU-U.S. Privacy Shield”).

You may voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. In this case we collect and process your email address. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time without additional cost.

We are using Mailchimp, a newsletter service of the The Rocket Science Group (“Mailchimp”) as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. business partners

We collect and process the following data for preparing or entering into a (contractual) business relationship or other communication: Your name, address, email address, phone.

Business partners may voluntarily subscribe to our press newsletter. In this case we collect and process the name and email address of the representative of such business.

We are using Mailchimp as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR to perform the press newsletter services on our behalf. The processing of your data is based on the Data Processing Addendum we entered into with Mailchimp. A copy of such Data Processing Addendum may be made available upon request.
