We give a warm welcome to Belgian drummer, percussionist & musical thinker Eric Thielemans for an unpredictable in - store concert focused around percussion. Eric released an album of solo percussion experiments on Miasmah back in 2014, called Sprang, and has since been traversing the world both solo and in countless collaborations in the jazz, indie and experimental scenes. One of his latest releases is the duo album with Oren Ambarchi, Kind Regards, on London´s AD92 label (2025). Eric has also collaborated on records with artists like Mika Vainio, Charlemagne Palestine, Kreng, Marshall Allen (Sun Ra), Laurie Anderson and countless people in the jazz scene. As a true musical traveler we welcome him for a rare solo concert especially adjusted for mi - so´s small space, which we are told will include a bass drum, objects, sampler and more. Still, will we fit all of this? We don´t know. Stop by and experience it for yourself.
