We´re excited to host Iranian artist Ava Rasti for two intimate performances at mi - so. We recently discovered her beautiful album The River (130701 / 2024) and invited her to our in-store series after we found out that she´s currently based in Berlin.

Ava is originally both a pianist and bass guitarist. In her late teens she founded the post- punk girl group ‘The Finches’. However, since 2020 she has worked solo, experimenting on the interface between ambient, modern classical and drone. Since the release of "The River", she has been playing live on festivals and venues all over Europe, and we are honoured to be able to host her at our little space. How she will performe remains to be seen. We´re excited to find out!
